What moves the price
- Size and detail of the scene. A unit interior costs less than a clubhouse with a pool, landscaping and people.
- How complete the drawings are. Finished CAD with a finish schedule is faster than massing and a mood board.
- Context. An aerial with the city around it, or a street with neighbors, takes more modeling.
- Volume. 10 or more images, or stills, film and tour from the same scene, lower the price per piece.
- Deadline. We tell you on the call whether your date fits the schedule.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. Every project gets a fixed quote after a 20-minute call, within one business day. The quote lists each image, film or tour, the revision rounds included and the deadline.
Is there volume pricing?
Yes, for 10 or more images in the same project, and when stills, a film and a tour share the same 3D scene.
How do your prices compare with US studios?
Published price lists from US studios in 2026 put interiors at about US$ 600 to 2,500 and exteriors at about US$ 800 to 4,000 per image. We sit in the lower part of that range with studio-level art direction, because our team is in Brazil, in a time zone that overlaps your working day.
What if we need more revisions?
Two revision rounds per image are included. If you need more, we quote them per image before starting, so nothing shows up on the invoice that you didn’t approve.
How does payment work?
A deposit books the production slot. You review previews online, and the high-resolution files are released when the balance is paid. Prices are in US dollars.
