2D or 3D floor plans?
A 2D plan is the clearest way to compare layouts and works best in brochures and on the web. A 3D plan shows volume and finishes and works better as a feature image.
How much does a rendered floor plan cost?
Rendered floor plans start at US$ 390 per plan. The price depends on the size of the unit and the level of detail. You get a fixed quote within one business day.
Can you use square feet?
Yes. Areas and dimensions come in square feet and feet-inches, or in meters if you prefer.
Do we need to send CAD files?
It helps, but a dimensioned PDF is enough to start.
